On the above date I ordered * pair of shoes on puma website , But on **/*/**** around **:** am ,I received only one pair.
Immediately when I opened I saw one pair of shoes, then I took the photos of the parcel and images I had recieved and sent it to customercareindia@puma.com
Later after investigation they get back to me on **/*/**** , and called me and said they sent all the shoes it seems so they are closing the case. How can they do this . I am having my own financial problems, I ordered * pair of shoes because my size of foot is little large I thought which one fits better to me I will see then will return which are not good to me.
But I never thought it will bounce on me like this.
Please help me on this. I have all the images related to this. Infact the bigger box which they sent it can't even hold * Pair of shoes , it can't even hold * pair of shoes also .
Please help me on this ..
