Due to pumas website issue I placed two order at **dec then next day I recieved a email that both orders are placed. But after mailing them my order number - ********* was cancelled and I was assured that Refund will be processed within **-** days I waited for and raised continuously the issue that for refund but they didn't reply and on * Jan I received the call from customer care and I was assured that Refund will be given in * day.
As my *st order is - ********* which was successfully delivered I waited to long but also then I didn't any further update even mailing them after *, and * January and even refund period of **-** is over I am not getting any further replies. Also even callimg customer they say that all lines are busy plz call after few time even calling them every time I receive that call after some time
I have attached all the screenshot that I had recieved from order which was cancelled which was placed twice till every time I place a complaint I didn't get reply and just receive that issues has been resolved.
