PUMA - Warranty Claim
SONU KWATRA filed complaint against PUMA on Apr 15, 2024
I purchased PUMA shoes from Myntra and these were damaged in warranty period. I registered a complaint with Puma and they agreed to refund the amount. On **/**/** a pickup was scheduled by Ecom Express to collect the damaged shoes. Pick up was successfully done with AWB **********. But till date I've not received the refund.
