I ordered some items from PUMA mobile app in December **** since sale was on. The amount got deducted from my account, but there was an issue at Puma's end and the order didn't get placed. I have been chasing their customer care for over * weeks now and they don't have a resolution date.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
