Jio mart - Order status not moving forward stuck at processing Order ID

I have ordered one Samsung mobile charger through jio mart on **nd April ****, it was about to delivered by **th April but even after waiting * more days it's not yet delivered & the order status is still under process. Everyday the expected delivery date is getting changed to the next day. I have logged complaint over email & phone but the customer support is so unprofessional & useless they didn't even try to resolve the issue instead asking me to wait for more days.
They don't even provide a option for the customer to cancel any order & nor they are cancelling it though they are unable to deliver it. I have already paid for the order & I feel I have been scammed.
Horrible experience with me on my first ever order itself on jiomart.
