I have ordered few of my groceries through jiomart app for the first time. Rs. *** has been refunded out of total invoice value of Rs. ***. It took * complete days for them to supply, that too **% off the ordered items. Its disappointing as-
*. I waited for the items to arrive, but got cancelled without any prior notice
*. Wasting of * complete man days with delivery percentage of less than **%
*.Their delivery boy called and confirmed about delivery on **th July (simple grocery items ordered on **th July) but didn't deliver
My experience is really bad, and won't order again through this app. The service cant come near anywhere in comparison to Spencer's or Amazon or Big Basket. Keeping customers in dark regarding availability of a particular item is really bad. It should show as unavailable while adding up in the cart.
