I have ordered a *,*** rupees worth keyboard on JioMart. The order delivery date was **st November, then they changed it to **rd but I haven’t received the order till date. They keep postponing it and when I ask for a refund, they tell me to deny at the door-step and refund will be processed immediately. I cannot deny delivery if the agent doesn't even come to deliver the product. Customer care doesn't have any solution. I have seen reports on quora and other platforms from other users stating that JioMart is "Fraud". Requesting you to take action on this company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
