Jiomart - Return cancelled for wrong grounds

I had ordered samsung M** from jiomart and raised a return request within stipulated grounds.y return was cancelled arbitrarily even when the package was not even opened. I called their customer care multiple times which they kept avoiding the call. There is a rule in indian consumer protection act **** rules that consumer is entitled to return within ** days provided the product is unused. Still I'm being harassed by the company on wrong grounds.
