Venkataraju Agni filed complaint against Swiggy on Aug 12, 2024
Placed an Instamart order on Swiggy. Fast forward to when the delivery personnel show up at my door, I see two of them with the same orders in their hands. I contact Swiggy customer support to get solution on this issue. They deny that their policy prevents them from any kind of return or refund. To make it worse they even accepted that its a technical glitch from their side and their suggestion was to ask me to hand over the order to someone who needs it and dispose of it from my end.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
