- Order not received and they took around 2 hours to tell they can not deliver the order Open

I have placed an order at *.** pm and opted for express delivery on **th July ****, because I was very hungry and needed food soon. The status was "restaurant yet confirm your order" and the same status was there ever after * hours. I have to chat with customer care * times and they said they will assign a delivery executive in ** minutes. It went on for an hour. So after two hours, I called the customer care and a lady told me that they will cancel my order. So how can we trust swiggy If a person is hungry and waiting for the food to be delivered, just to hear "we cancelled your order, you will get a full refund". I don't care about money.
- What about the time I wasted, they don't care.
- How trustable swiggy is when they can't follow their process properly?
- Why can not they early if they can't assign a delivery executive.
