I ordered a biryani worth rs. *** from swiggy today and I didn't receive the order and it was showing delivered on the app. When I contacted their customer care executive he told me that their delivery guy is saying that he had delivered the order to the person by confirming hi name and order id. Which is totally a lie as he didn't confirm with me on my phone and it was just showing delivered and I didn't received it. I kindly request you to please take a action against them and refund me my amount. I am attaching the screenshot of invoice of order.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
