Khushi Kumari filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 22, 2023
I ordered Flipkart Homes King size bed with box on *th October, having delivery date of *th october. I shifted to new flat, needed bed for my mother since she has severe backache issue and cant sleep on floor but half of month (** days) has passed. Raising complaints since **th Oct, none of the customer support executives are ready to give me any update on my order rather they give me nonsense to kill some time and disconnect call keeping me on hold. Its **th Oct today, and the same happened after an hour long call, executive kept being rude, aggressive with their stand that they have no senior most left and wait for **-**hrs is the only resolution they can give to me. I paid for the bed from credit card, bill has generated and due date is close, i am begging them to please cancel the order atleast if it is not deliverable but they are not even cancelling the order and the stress is killing me because i am fighting every day with them on call and how will i pay bill for something i do not possess or not granted when it will come. If there is anyway, please help me in getting this resolved.
