Ordered cake and ** rose flower bouquet for wife's birthday. Delivery slot given to me was *:** am to **:** pm. We needed at *:** pm, so we kept enough margin in case there is delay in delivery. However to my surprise, the order never got delivered. There is no customer care number to call. Only email is there. Sent multiple mails but no response. Please beware of cakesportal. They are fraud. Trying to file a police complaint, so they stop cheating others.
