I had placed an order for a iFFALCON Television on the **st of April **** through Flipkart and made the payment in full by Credit Card. The Delivery was promised on the **nd of April ****. However the material was not delivered. While I had called up the Helpline, I was told that the call has been "Escalated" and it will be resolved in * Working Days !!! (Incident:
IN********************). While checking in various social media groups, I understood that this has been a regular practice of Flipkart and many of my friends have also faced this issue.
Now, the surprising part is that Flipkart is *NOT PROMISING A DELIVERY IN * DAYS. THEY WILL ONLY RESPOND ON WHEN THE MATERIAL COULD BE DELIVERED.*
This is a highly unethical practice, this company is using to cheat and exploit the Customers.
I had requested the help of One of the VP - Mr. Raghu Ramanujam over a mail on the **st to resolve this issue, and till this moment, he has also not taken any efforts even to acknowledge my mail. This itself clearly states that the entire staff of Flipkart is aware of such unethical practices of their company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
