Iam writing to you after continuos follow up with jiomart customer service via email and calls, for my Order #*****************A which was placed on **Feb ****. I have till date not received the order nor I am able to cancel the order as the status is showing shipped. I requested customer service to atleast take my request for cancellation and process refund and they are also not able to help me.
I am fed up and frustrated of this situation and the way jiomart solution team is handling this case with no response or update. Such a irresponsible and unprofessional team you have which is shame and spot of bother for your business.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
