I have ordered a desk and a chair to do my work from home setup. The order was placed on **th May ****. The delivery was promised within * days.
The chair had been delivered however the desk was not. I have been calling the customer service number every day for at least * hour. Nobody is available to answer it. The physical stores are saying that they can't take any responsibility for orders placed online. If by miracle, any customer service agent takes the call, they simply give the standard answer that it'll be delivered within ** working hours or somebody will call to follow up. This has been taking a toll on my physical health (due to severe back pain) as well as my mental health (due to anxiety). Also making those calls to the customer care took up a lot of my time in these ** days. Almost ** hours.
I've also tried reaching them by e-mails. After several emails, I got only one reply which was again the same like they would deliver the order.
Finally when I asked to cancel the order, they accepted that the product was not in stock and I've to wait again for the product to be delivered for almost a week. They'll refund my money only if the order is not delivered. This is so very confusing and irritating for any average consumer. This all forced me to take up the stand to make a complaint against the malpractice the royal oak is doing.
I'm subjected to unfair practices which resulted in having continuous health issues (back pain) and anxiety due to the lack of proper response from royal Oak.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
