I have ordered a dress in Myntra and the day i was about to receive it the delivery told like my phone is not reachable so he told me i will get the order the next day. The next day when i called the myntra agent told like the person met with an accident and will send the order the next day but till now i did not receive my order. The order status showing like the order is delivered. I opened the ticket for twice and they closed it saying the issue is resolved. Even when i called the customer care through phone she also keep saying they got confirmation from logistics team saying i received my order in proper condition. I want either my product or i want refund. Please help me to solve this issue.
