I have placed an order in Zomato in the evening on **/**/**** and the order got canceled by the restaurent as they were facing some issues in the kitchen. They have messaged me also When I tried to get in contact with zomato for a refund they have blocked me or something they are not responding to my issue I tried to contact them using my friend's mobile and they responded so I asked them about my issue by sending them the order id but they were not ready to give a refund and they were not going to solve my issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
