i made an order from jio mart and firstly they shifted the delivery date and after * days status is delivered but i don't receive the order i try calling them no response over call then mail them about my problem then provide me fake resolution that amount will be credited back in store point but i asked them to return in my bank, if service is that much good why i have cancel the order then after they are doing fake update no call back is arranged , customer care call get disconnected , on mails they are not able to read so they are not understanding the issue. Please help
