Swiggy - Order not delivered and kept waiting more than 3 hours

Ordered chicken biryani from Kondapur Posts house restaurant using Swiggy. But the order is picked up by another executive rather by the assigned executive. I spoke to the customer care guy but didn't resolve the issue. Waited around * hrs still, order not delivered.
