I have place the order(*****************W) on ** August ****, *:** pm, On ** August **** I have noticed that my order status is showing as delivered on ** August **** in JioMart, I have written to cs@jiomart.com & cshead@jiomart.com Aug **, ****, *:** PM.
Each time I connect to customer care they are raising a new complaint and assuring that they will refund in *days, when I have asked about the previous complaint no, they are saying it is closed, they are closing the ticket without refunding the amount and there is no resolution why they have closed and this happening with since ** August ****. When ask them to connect to your manager they keep my call on hold for * hour and also, they are not responding to my emails.
This is causing a lot of mental stress on me by following-up with them every day and receiving the same response. They are not willing to resolve this issue. I want the Order Amount ₹*,***.** be refunded immediately.
