Harsh Kapadia filed complaint against Jio mart on Aug 27, 2020
Hi i am from Mumbai kandivali west. I had placed an order through jiomart app order no *****************A on *-**-**** of Rs ****.**, but till date I have not received my order, & shockingly the app shows order is delivered on ** Aug ****. Whereas no delivery has been attempted and I am not even contacted for delivery.
Inspite of repeated complaints on their customer care no *********** and even registered a complaint with their senior level at cshead@jiomart.com, but no solution till date they only say will contact u within **-**hrs. They are not even ready to cancel the order and refund my money they say no such option available. This is clearly looting the customers. Kindly look into this matter this is the worst experience I had so far.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
