Order Not received but delivery executive updated as delivered and said he placed the order at the door steps due to I'm not contactable. But when I checked at my door steps I didn't seen any order. I called to delivery partener multiple times and said the same thing but he says only one thing he placed the order at door steps. But when I checked in the app there is no picture uploaded. The picture is uploaded on next day morning and the picture clarly shows its a wrong address, I tried to give complaint in zomoto chat but they are asking me to write a mail. I wrote a mail also to then but I didn't get any responce it's been two days now.
Hiw come they delivery partener placed the order at door steps without my concern and that too different address. I mentioned the clear address with door num also why can't check the address clearly and placed the order at another ones house door steps???? They are looting customers money like thief's they don't have customer care service to complaint. If we write a mail they just ignoring and not at all responding
