Jiomart - Order Not confirmed and refund not paid

Dear Sir,
I ordered Apple IPAD *th Gen ** GB on Jio Mart on **th Oct ****, with availing the HDFC Bank Debit Card EMI facility, later on **th Oct **** I have received HDFC Bank CD loan booking details, since order was not booked on JioMart and same has been informed but i have not received any update, on **th Oct **** i have received the message saying that "order has been cancelled due to some technical issue" if the amount was deducted from the account same will be refunded to your account within the * working days. after continuous follows wit JioMart team there is no any proper response has been received and whenever i contact to the customer care they will inform that - Standard line that ''Your issue will be resolved on priority" after so many follows complaint was logged on **th October ** and still the issue was not resolve and one EMI amount of Rs. **** was debited from my account.

Same was following up with HDFC Bank and they provided the payment details and same has been shared to the JioMart team, after providing the details i have not received any proper solution on this.

Request you to resolve the issue and close the loan on priority and confirm
