Jiomart - Order Never Delivered by Jiomart

Hello sir,

This has been the worst experience of my life through Jiomart where I had placed an order for ** items worth ₹**** on **th of August ****.

The delivery date was showing as Expected date **st of August ****.
Since then, Every single day at ** midnight the delivery date changes automatically to the next day.

Changed from **st to **nd
Changed from **nd to **rd
Changed from **rd to **th
Changed from **th to **th
Changed from **th to **th

I have sent multiple emails to the company but no response from them and even tried contacting Jiomart customer care but getting all wrong answer .
Everyone is telling me that order will get Delivered today or tomorrow .

Jiomart has harrased me to the core now and I would like to file a consumer complaint .
I am also attaching all the screenshots of the application and their Delivery dates.
