- Order cancelled without my consent Open
Hii, I ordered a product from Flipkart in the sale offer on *th November worth *****/- and they cancelled my product without my consent on **th November and they are saying there is a mismatch in airway bill number but is that is the case then why they have attempted the delivery on **th November( I received the messages like my product is out for delivery and then it is not delivered because they are not able to contact me not any call)? I have call recordings of all these customer care people as I called multiple times to get my product delivered but each time they were giving me different reasons.
