- Order Cancelled made on Big billion days deal saying As per my request totally a lie fraud Open

I bought an iPhone SE *** GB in "Big Billion Sale" on ** Oct **** with Exchange offer on payable price of Rs. *****.**.
Wishmaster came to deliver the order on **th Oct **** but started to say that phone will be rejected even without looking, when I asked to check, he took some picture of exchange phone & sent those to someone (maybe at hub) & again started to say that phone has been rejected, then I told him about the exchange offer that flipkart is giving this time "exchange phone in any condition" only requirement are... phone must be getting on, IMEI should be same, phone must be unlocked.
then he again asked to the same guy and he told him to fail some checks on "flipkart app" regarding the screen, and same he did.
So i asked why are you failing this check when phone doesn't have any issue with screen.
then he started misbehaving with me so i sent him away without receiving my new iPhone and told him that I will make a complaint against him on flipkart.
Just after this I called Flipkart & made a complaint (IN********************) and asked them to deliver my phone & take some action to notify that Wishmaster so that he won't misbehave like this with no-one. so then the flipkart executive who was on call assured me that they have raised this issue to concerned team & i will be getting my new phone soon & issue will be resolved by ** oct ****.
but when on next day i got no call or response from flipkart I did a follow-up & i got same answer that i will be getting my phone ASAP as within ** hrs as per Flipkart policy to make * attempts to diliver the product.
next day & the next day same story...
i am asking to deliver my new phone & they assuring me i will be getting my phone. so i also bought Back case & tempered glass on flipkart too.
but on ** oct **** when Big billion sale is over they cancelled my order and wrote "As per your request, your order has been cancelled".
i was amazed badly that how can they do that? so i called them again and asked about the cancellation, so again they gave me complaint number & told me that they have escalated my issue to concerned team & i will be getting resolution of my issue very soon.
And as a solution they offered me "Sorry we can't do anything as this order is got canceled by our courier partner, you can order it again if you wish"
So i asked please give me same deal (price) on my order & i will. but she denied and said sorry again.
so told her that this is not a resolution what i ca accept either you give me same deal & you deliver my order for what i have paid you. again i got another sorry.
She also told me that she could have done something if order hasn't been cancelled so i asked her what stopped you all these last four days when my order wasn't cancelled? were you people waiting to get my order cancelled & then to told me "sorry we can't do anything as you order is cancelled"
And look one more a smart thing they cancelled on order after sale was over so that i could not get any chance to get the same deal. & asked me to order again.
then I asked her to transfer my call to her superior & she promised me to arrange a call from her superior next day as it was closing hours for Flipkart.
but i never got a call from anyone.
so i made a complaint on Consumer helpline, the wrote to flipkart but same response (means nothing, they give a damn to consumer)
So i am making one more effort here on "Voxya" & giving one more chance to Flipkart to complete their commitment what they made to consumers in general (for Big billion days) & specifically to me when i made so many efforts to get my new phone by calling them, writing them again & again.
despite of All this they are forcing me to suffer mentally.
But if they refuse this time too i have to go further to file a complaint in Consumer Forum/Court.
