I have ordered a Poco f* mobile for the exchange of an old mobile. Flipkart rejected the device after examining the old device. I contacted the Flipkart team they said that the old device is eligible for return and asked me to wait for *-* days for the product to be delivered.
And at last Flipkart said that product cannot be delivered and requested me to place the new order and assured that this issue will not happen again.
Again I have placed the new order and I faced the same issue and again I have contacted the team and again the team asked me to wait for ** hours. But there is no update after the deadline given by them. All of a sudden they cancelled the order without an update. Even though the issue I have raised is already under process with them. The second time also they have cheated me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
