Flipkart - Order Cancelled By seller after 25 days

Had pre-ordered the Sony wfxm* ear buds on * Oct **** on flipkart. I was supposed to receive the shipment by ** Oct, but flipkart informed on **th there's a delay from sellers side due to no stock. On *st Nov ****, they informed shipping will start in Dec **** and that I'll get a voucher of Rs**** if I wait for the order. I said Ok, but the next day my order was cancelled directly by Flipkart/seller eventhough I was ready to wait till Dec. They asked me to order again - But i wont be getting any of the earlier offers!!
