I had ordered Nike Quest * running shoes on Flipkart along with Nike Downshifter ** shoes in a sale at the price of **** and **** rs respectively on Sep **, ****. While it initially depicted as the order is confirmed and expected delivery by *th October; yesterday on *st of October I received a mail of your order has been cancelled, stating that the seller is out of stock. Upon contacting the customer support portal they stated they cannot do anything and asked me to wait for the upcoming sale and try again. I have mentioned that my total loss is *rs in the column above since it was a cash on delivery order but in reality it is very damaging in respect to my time and assurance that I was expecting from my order placed at Flipkart. I want to get the deal that I had ordered since otherwise it is highly unethical to treat the customers like this and making it a method of tricking consumers.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
