Product pre booked with the amount of ₹**** and order at *th early morning *o clock and product shipped at *th out for delivery came *th of Oct **pm till **th of October product not delivered I have raised the complaint against the delivery they given a resolve time till **th of Oct. Early morning **th of October they canceled the order with product demand while shipping. On **th and **th of October I have visited ekart kk nagar hub for the same issue they're shown me the product and they could not delivered the product they have mentioned there is software issue backend.
I have lost ₹**** on lock price
₹***** with ICICI bank emi option if it is refunded means bank will charge * percentage of the foreclose of emi that will around ₹****.
For this scam I have lost almost ₹**** the price of the product also increases like **k lot of energy time felt very bad mentally.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
