I have bought Shooes in discount price and also paid money. But after * days they cancel my product and now its price is high. And also it will take more day to reach home. And when i checked on website that product was in stock. There is no policy on myntra that they can cancel order after * day. If they would have cancelled ordered within * hour it can be understandable. This has taken my time as well as money to get desired product. And when i contact customer care they are like sorry for this but we cant do anything now. Why this is? They really care about customer satisfaction?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
