I try to make payment through paytm upi for an amount of **** on **/**/****.amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to the concerned party. when i contacted the both parties through email but paytm is saying that the transaction is succuessful but when i asked them to submit the document regarding the transaction is successful but they are not giving any document.on the other hand when i contacted the merchant regarding this they are saying the transaction is unsuccessful they have given the document regarding this and i forwarded that document to the paytm nodal office there is no positive response from them. is there any possiblity to raise the compliant aganist them and recover the amount
