Asmita maity filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 13, 2021
I ordered a max bomber jacket and a tokyo talkies top from myntra. Both of the items got delivered on **th december. But the way jacket was described in their app, it wasn't like that at all and i had to place a return request and a delivery boy came right on **th december to pick it up. By mistake along with the jacket,the top got picked up. As it was **th december, I was in a hurry and couldn't check. The delivery guy is supposed to check which he didn't and went away. Now when i have lodged a complaint to myntra on *th jan. It told me to wait for a week. Now after week they told me to wait for **hrs. After **hrs got over, now they are telling me to wait for more **hrs. Now this has become a harrassment. I have paid for the product and it has been picked up. Even after lodging a complaint and waiting for days. I cannot wait for it anymore. I need a solution ASAP. If they can't get the work done within the time period they said they would then they are just playing with me.
