Ayusha Seth filed complaint against Flipkart on May 22, 2022
I ordered the Apple Airpods Pro from Flipkart(Order Id- OD******************) on *th May ****. The order was delivered to me on *th May ****. When I opened the box I found out that I was delivered an old, damaged airpods. I informed the same about Flipkart and they agreed on a replacement. When the replacement arrived the delivery guy said that it is a high value product he is not authorised for replacement and his senior will replace it.
The delivery was again attempted and the delivery guy matched the serial no on the box and replacement was made.
The delivery guy then came back at night stating that the number on the box and number on the Airpods Case does not match and requested to give the new product and take back the old product else he has to pay from his salary to which I agreed and gave him the product. I have tweeted everything and have tagged flipkart support but no one has even approached me.
What is my fault if the boxed product was tampered with? I have been following with Flipkart for the last ** days but all my efforts have gone in vain.
