Ola - Ola drived refused to come

Today i had booked a cab from Tata Medical Centre, Kolkata. When i called the driver, he told me to come on the other side of the road as he was dropping another passenger. I requested him to come to the hospital itself as there was a patient with me. He immediately said.."ola/uber dont carry patients". I at that point thought that he might be worried because of the current pandemic situation. So i immediately tried to assure him that he can check the hospital papers as theres only a cancer patient with me. To this he said that "listen madam to carry patients there is ambulance. I dont care if u complain".

I was literally surprised by this whole behaviour. Such an attitude in such a situation can only worsen the situation for patients and people who are in an emergency situation.
