I took a cab ride from Aundh to Magarpatta in Pune on ** October ****. CRN ********** for reference. The fare for the ride was ₹***. While the ride was on I was constantly getting a pop to make UPI payment to avoid cash so I towards the end of the ride I made the UPI payment -screenshot attached. But when the driver dropped me and ended the trip for him it was showing that the fare was to be collected in cash. So I had to pay him in cash as well. I see no option to demand a refund on the app and no customer service contact either.
