Booking id: ******-******. First of all, this is not a luxury hotel. We stayed in many * star hotels and this good and worth of money but this hotel totally worst. No one welcome staffs and not available guide person so difficult to find our room and very delaying room service and bathroom drainage system very worst so totally not good and also many TV channels not available. So why expensive? I want my full money. They not the good thread for all customers. They want nearly book customers. I want my money. Also, I filed a complaint to consumer report because of cheating of customers. I will explain to you.
*st is no one welcome staffs and luggage staffs but they care, offline booking customers.
*nd is not available to guide person so we difficult to go to our room but they care offline booking customers.
*rd is room bathroom not good. The bathroom drainage system was very worst.
*th is room service very worst.
*th is this all hotel staffs did not care online Booker's.
What is this? I want my full money.
