Ashish Robinson filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Jul 28, 2018
I don’t understand why uber hiring such unprofessional drivers. This driver did not even drop us at our concerned location and told us to get down from the car before the destination at night and told us to walk. Moreover he was not even concerned if we filed his complaint regarding the same incident and told us to go ahead and do so. I do not think uber is even taking any necessary steps or actions regarding such drivers. I would want to know the steps taken towards the driver or i would have to file a complaint regarding the same. First i did not get any revert on this message and after that I received this message shown in the attached photo. No response after this was recieved
