I called customer care * days back they gave me a slot of *-* pm for the service,nobody called and nobody came on the allotment time.i again called them and they said I will keep your complaint at HIGH PRIORITY n some will sure visit you.next day I received a msg to buy AMC and I did it.again same high priority statement was given,I was asked to download Eureka app ,I did it....then when i asked them to refund my money they refused and when I talked to their senior I was put on hold for ** min to connect me to sevice provider n then nothing happened.i request you all not to buy AMC online.get it from local dealer
