Hi i am PRANJAL SHARMA from agra..i have ordered the realme buds q from realme Store on **th of September ....i was not knowing before that there is no return option for any product on realme Store... just in * to * hours its battery got down fully and they have mentioned about ** hour's battery, sound is not as money worthy,the touch is not as responsive as it is so much costly not according to **** rupees... I Just want to convey that please return this order and i dont want any replacement... already this is the time of corona and i can't step out ...so please retury rupees....i dont want your buds .. please respond to my request and please return it...
