I have placed a return request for damage tv delivered on ** Jan **** and it was said your complaint will be resolved in *-* days. It's now been more than ** days and I am still waiting for the return request to be processed. Every time I call for an update, the customer care person says wait for a few days. So I just want to know what is going on and what are the maximum days you need to process the return request and refund my amount to the source account. If you are not able to pick Please process my refund and pick your product whenever you are ready. After Multiple calls now they are saying we cannot return the product as it is not damaged. I have already attached images on ** jan when the product got installed. This is completely a fraud by customer service. No one came to check the product .This product comes with a * days return policy so I just want a return for the product.
