I m facing tv panel issue and my tv is in extended Warranty. I raised complaint in the company (jeeves) on ** August ****.
The technician comes on ** August **** and checks the tv and said the fault in tv panel, you have to wait ** days company will contact you soon. After ** days no reply from company side. After that I follow up regularly in *-* days but they are only giving me false statements.
I also registered complaint in National consumer help line on - **/**/****.
Complaint no. - *******. NCH send two reminders to jeeves but they not responding too about my issue.
