Foodpanda - Not refunding the extra payment Open

I had ordered food from this site online on 23rd december. The site was saying payment failure but my account was debited for three times. I neither got my ordered food nor the deducted amount it's 5 days late now also they are saying to wait for 24-48 hours. Now I want my refund. I had conversation with there customer care for three times I mailed them also but everything is useless. Kindly check the matter.
