Foodpanda - refund issue

I have ordered food with food panda on */**/**** and they have not delivered it to me that day. And next day i was checking my orders list it was showing delivered when i checked it with them they said we will cancel your order on */**/****. From that day i am chasing them every alternate day and these guys are not helping me. Neither they are refunding my money last time i requested a call from there supervisor he told me that there was a technical error because of which it was delayed. Today they are saying that the refund was done. Its been ** days i am running behind them and i have not received any help. I want to sue them.
