Foodpanda - Package not delivered. No timely response

I had ordered my dinner on foodpanda at *:** pm. Payment was done online. Before ordering, restaurant delivery time was showing ** mins. I kept waited till * hr. Then I tried to reach out to foodpanda. I realised that they dont have any customer support available over phone. Thus, I texted in chat support. Executive, Anania, appeared and i conveyed my concern. She asked me to wait for *-* mins for her revert. I did not get any revert till ** mins. Again i texted, then came Shoba, she reverted me after ** mins that the food will not be delivered as the delivery Executive has got his bike crashed. I seriously doubt the excuse given by them. After *.* hrs, i was told that food will not be delivered.
I can understand and cooperate in such a situation, but did not get any information from Foodpanda proactively until I asked them. ** pm in night, I had to go hunt out for some food. Out of shame, they should have assigned another executive to get the food delivered for keeping me wait for *.* hrs
