Already paid orders are being cancelled after one or two hours of order confirmation received from restaurant. The chat support gives generic explanations that due to non availability of delivery guy or technical glitch.
But when no delivery executive is available then why is the order taken at first instance and if taken why is it cancelled at such late hours .this results is no other good restaurant available for ordering during night hours. This is a scam to keep money in their account for approx *-* days. And it should be calculated for how may customers they are doing so . When asked for any official or toll free contact details for any company representative , the customer chat support straight up denies. Kindly take action as this is harassment even if we receive our money back after a few days. Eveidnce of screenshots will be supplied when required
