Hey, On **st November i try to place an order from Flipkart but order wasn't placed due to some technical issue from company side but amount deducted from my account. Till date(** March ****) no amount refunded and company delaying the process. The company executives are not providing any resolution to my issue. They are only misleading me. First they told me to wait till **th November then *rd December then *th December then *th December then **th December then **th December. After that they stop responding my mails, calls. I also contact my bank but they cleary told me that the transaction was successful and they can't do anything. I have to contact only Flipkart for the refund. I am attaching screenshots of mails sent by flipkart and screenshot of transaction page and bank account statement. I also filed a complaint in Consumer Helpline but there also Flipkart gives the wrong remark due to which the executive asked me to file a case in consumer court.
