I, did not receive my product, AWB no is, ********* showing a delivery date on **/**/**** but originally I never receive any product. As a result I have been called on Ecom customer care and no positive feedback was given by Ecom Exp. after ** days over.
I am feeling very much of disappointed from the end of Ecom Exp.
After the request of the POD they give me a totally hazy picture of a female's PAN card no address no name is clear on it.
If you are unable to give me the product then give my money back as soon as possible with the penalty money for these types of HARASSMENT.
Call me ********** for a urgent basis.
