On **th September ****, I ordered medicines worth **** on the apollo *** app, But it was not delivered and when I tracked the order it showed no stock. I contacted the helpdesk, and they said once the order is returned back to the store refund will be initiated but it has been already more than ** days the order has not been returned back to the store and I have not received my refund yet. I have contacted the helpdesk several times but they are not responsive I have contacted the Apollo RR Nagar branch(since medicine was dispatched from this store), but the store people have no clue regarding my order. Please help me to get my refund, I have paid with a credit card and Bill has been generated. Now I have to pay the bill from my own pocket if I don't get a refund. I have attached the order details and also tracking details.
